Born in Istanbul in 1968, he is married and has one child. After graduating from Haydarpaşa Industrial Vocational and Technical High School, he completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics.
He started his career at İktisat Bank in 1992. The bank is generally a large bank that mediates the foreign trade transactions of Turkey’s top 500 companies. He worked as a manager in the bank’s bills of exchange, Turkish Eximbank and Central Bank rediscount credits, import-export services, and as a Manager in the Corporate Sales and Marketing department between 1998-2001.
Tezer Kayıkçı, who started to work as Branch Manager at Mng Bank Kadıköy branch within the body of MNG Holding in 2002, continued his career as Branch Manager at Mng Bank Central between 2003-2007.
He took an active role in the sales negotiations of Mng Bank to Arab Bank Plc and Bank Med group between 2007-2008 and after the sale in 2008, Turkland Bank (T-Bank in Türkiye) he started to work as the first Central Branch Manager.
After working in various positions in banking and finance for 27 years, he joined the Negmar Group as the General Manager of Negmar Gıda in 2019. Then, he was appointed as the Head of Financial Affairs Group of Negmar Group between 2020-2021 and led the corporate transformation process of the company.
As Negmar Group Coordinator since 2021, he is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Budget Reporting, Human Resources, Purchasing, Administrative Affairs, Information Technologies and is in the top management of Negmar group companies. He is also a member of the Negmar Group Board of Directors.
