He was born in 1986 in Istanbul. He graduated from Maltepe University Computer Engineering and completed his master’s degree at the same university. He is married and has two children.
He started to work as the Project Manager of Bisar Teknoloji A.Ş. in 2010 and became the General Manager in 2015. The main field of activity of the company is all the software infrastructure needed by the municipalities, and the company, which has 12 different modules such as mapping, zoning, collection, personnel payroll, etc., still carries these software on the mobile application and provides sales and maintenance services to the municipalities. Merging with Lova Ağ Teknolojileri Bilişim San Tic A.Ş., which was established in 2021 to provide secure access service infrastructure on the Internet, Negmar Venture Teknoloji A.Ş. still continues as a member of the Board of Directors and owner of the company under his title. The company also owns and develops logistics management software and electronic and mobile ticketing software and maintenance services.
In 2011, he established e-commerce sites such as kravatci.com and saatci.com with Bonita Internet Technology Trade company and was interested in electronic commerce. The company, which was established to do internet trade, still meets the technological and software needs of the maritime industry and makes rentals when necessary.
He established Nitromar Petrochemical Industry and Foreign Trade Company in 2014 and meets the technological needs of the maritime and logistics sector, and also operates as a solution partner for Cummins engine maintenance. He has been appointed as a board member and chief executive officer of Negmar Group since 2018.
Koç manages the domestic and international investments of the Negmar Group, which provides services with more than twenty companies and international offices.
He is a member of the Executive Board of the Entrepreneurial Businessmen Foundation (GİV), and also holds an Individual Participation Investor-Angel Investor license through the Bahariye Melek Investment network.
